cherry creek art festival: cori dantini
With heavy anticipation, I headed down to the Cherry Creek Art Festival today to see some amazing artists show their creations. It was HOT...super scorching at 96 degrees, I ducked into several shady areas to suck down large glasses of lemonade.
Hands down, my favorite artist there was Cori Dantini! I cannot say enough wonderful accolades about her unique style--it's delicate and dreamy, intricate and earthy. She is an illustrator from the Pacific Northwest.
I love her pieces because I have a total obsession with owls. What a fine day of art consumption! Here is another one of her sites.
